Gluten-Free Personal Training
Eating gluten-free shouldn’t make it harder to get strong. I’m Lexie Peterson, a personal trainer in Bend, Oregon, and I live with celiac disease myself, so I know what it takes to fuel your training without gluten. I coach in person in Bend and online.
Get in touchWhy it matters
When you cut out gluten, it’s easy to fall short on protein or fiber, or get stuck eating the same few things. Training hard on top of that can leave you tired and frustrated. I help you build meals that keep up with your workouts, so eating gluten-free supports your goals instead of getting in the way.
What we work on
- Gluten-free meal plans built around your training and your schedule
- Simple swaps and go-to meals, so you’re never stuck on the same few things
- Eating out and traveling gluten-free without losing your progress
- Strength, conditioning and mobility training, one-on-one in Bend or online
Training and nutrition together
Pair gluten-free nutrition guidance with one-on-one training at Snap Fitness on NE 4th Street in Bend, or get a custom workout and meal plan online with weekly check-ins.
Common questions
- Do I need celiac disease to work with you?
- No. Whether you have celiac disease, a gluten sensitivity or simply eat gluten-free, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
- Are you a dietitian?
- No. I’m a personal trainer who gives nutrition guidance and meal plans. If you think gluten is a problem for you, see your doctor before you cut it out, because testing works best while gluten is still in your diet.
“Lexie is just the best! I’ve been seeing her weekly for almost two years… She’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and makes the gym feel less intimidating. She makes working out feel like catching up with a friend.”
